Place Your Order
Complete your order online. Need something not shown? We can help with additional styles, colors, and custom options.

Approve Your Mockup
We'll send a digital mockup within 24–48 hours so you can review and approve your design before production begins.

Receive Your Finished Hats
Once approved, your leather patches are engraved and stitched in-house before your finished order ships.

Real full-grain leather patch trucker hats laser engraved with your business logo or custom design. Handcrafted in Portland, OR. Each patch is made to order from top-grade leather hides, laser engraved, and then stitched to the hat.
Hat Style: Yupoong 6606 Hats are stocked in 9 different colors. If you'd like a different Yupoong hat style or color, we can custom order them starting at 12 hats.
Minimum Order: There's no minimum order, so you can order 1 or 1,000 hats. Discounts apply at 6+ hats.
Turnaround Time: Orders of less than 50 hats will be ready to ship within 5 business days of your proof being approved. If your order is over 50 hats, please allow 1-2 weeks for production.
About Our Patches: We make all of our patches from 100% full-grain veg tanned leather hides. We laser engrave your design on the leather and then stitch them to your hat so they'll never fall off.
Additional Details:
*Our default shapes are circle, rectangle, square, and hexagon, but we can also make custom shapes if requested. The default circle size is 2.25in and the default rectangle size is 3in x 1.8in.
*After your order is placed we will send you a digital proof to approve before production starts.
*Returns are not accepted for custom hats unless there is an issue with your order.
