Getting Started

You can start by ordering directly through our website using the “Custom Hats” page or by submitting a custom quote request.
We have no order minimum for hats available on our website. You can start with just 1 hat if you’d like to order a sample.
Yes. We can special order additional hat styles, colors, and brands that are not listed on our website. Minimum order for custom hat styles is 24 hats - but you can mix/match multiple hat styles and colors if they are available.
Yes. We keep past designs and order information on file to make reordering easy. Just add in your order notes that you’d like the same design as your previous order or reach out to us for a re-order link!

Hat Styles & Options

We offer a variety of trucker hats, rope hats, snapbacks, beanies, and other popular styles. Richardson hats are some of our most requested options, but we also offer additional brands and styles like Yupoong, Otto, and Sportsman.
Yes, you can mix and match as many hat styles and colors as you’d like. The total quantity will determine your bulk pricing regardless of hat styles and colors.
Yes. If there is a specific style or color you are looking for, use our request a quote form and we can check availability and offer pricing.
No, hat pricing varies depending on the brand and style. Some premium hat options start at a higher price per hat.
We keep many Richardson, Yupoong, Flexfit, Otto, and Sportsman hats in stock. We are able to order in any hat models from those brands if they aren’t available on our website on orders of 24+ hats. We also have access to several other hat brands if there is a specific hat brand or style you are looking for.

Leather Patches

Yes. We make all of our patches and leather goods from real leather full-grain hide sourced in the United States.
Yes. We stitch every leather patch to our hats for added durability and a premium finish.
We laser engrave your logo design into the leather which leaves a black, bold design burned into the leather.
No, our laser engraving will always look black regardless of the leather it’s engraved into. If you are looking for a color design we can offer embroidery or woven patches instead of the leather patch on orders of 24+ hats - fill out our request a quote form for specific pricing.
We offer Brown, Tan, Natural, and Black leather colors for patches. Navy, Olive Green, and other colors may be able for larger orders if requested via our request a quote page.
We offer standard shapes like rectangle, square, circle, oval, and hexagon, along with custom shapes if requested. Please add notes to your order if you’d like any specific shape beyond our listed options.
Yes. If you have a specific size you’d like your patch to be, please add it in your order notes and we should be able to accomodate it!
Yes. We can place the patch in a different location on the front of the hat or on the side/back if requested. Please add detailed notes on your order if you’d like the patch anywhere but the center of the front of the hat.
No. We also offer embroidery and woven patches on qualifying orders of 24+ hats. Use our request a quote form for pricing on your project.

Logos & Mockups

Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF work best, but high-resolution PNG or JPG files work depending on the design.
Yes. We can often simplify or adjust logos so they engrave more cleanly on leather patches.
Yes. We provide a digital mockup for approval before production begins on all orders.
Most mockups are sent within 24–48 business hours after your order or quote request is submitted.
Yes. You can request adjustments to the design or patch shape. We will make adjustments in the next 24-48 hours and send you an updated mockup. Once the design is approved it will be moved into production.
Bold, clean logos with solid lines and minimal small details typically engrave the best on leather patches. We can engrave small details, but some very small text may be difficult to see. We will let you know on your mockup if text or other details may be too small. Please keep in mind that real photos and gradient color designs don’t engrave well on leather.

Pricing & Bulk Orders

Yes. We offer bulk pricing on our custom hats starting at 6+ hats. We offer larger discounts as the quantity increases. Pricing will update automatically in your cart as you increase the quantity. You can also see a table with our pricing discounts on our pricing page.
You can view the exact discounts we offer on each hat product page or see a breakdown of our bulk discounts on our pricing page. If you are looking for quantities over 200+ hats or for styles we don’t offer on our website, please reach out for a custom quote.
No. We do not charge any setup fees for your custom hat order.
Absolutely. We are happy to provide a quote before you place an order. Use our request quote form and we will follow up with a quote in 24-48 hours.
Yes. Additional side or back patches or embroidery may be added to your hat order for an additional cost. Please fill out our request a quote form for pricing.
Yes. In addition to leather patches, we also offer embroidery and woven patches on orders of 24+ hats. Reach out for a quote for your project.

Production & Shipping

Most custom hat orders ship within 1–2 weeks after mockup approval.
Yes. If you have an event or deadline, let us know before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline or offer rush production for an additional fee.
Rush production may be available depending on our current production schedule for an additional fee. Please reach out for an exact quote to see if this is something that we can accommodate
Our leather patches are engraved and stitched by us in our shop in Portland, Oregon.
Yes. We can ship anywhere nationwide and to many international countries as well.
Yes. Local pickup is available for customers near Portland, Oregon. Please reach out or add to your order notes if you’d like to pickup locally.
Standard ground shipping is free on all orders in the USA over $100. Upgraded, express, or international shipping will be quoted on your order and can vary depending on your location and order size. Orders under $100 in the US will be calculated at checkout.
In many cases, yes. Contact us before ordering if you need items shipped to multiple addresses so we can let you know if it is possible and what the additional cost would be.

Order Changes & Returns

Possibly. If we haven’t started on production we may be able to make adjustments. Please reach out right away if you need to make any adjustments to your order details or shipping address.
Orders may be canceled before production begins. If we have started on production we are not able to cancel your order.
If there are any issues with your order please reach out to us right away so we can help! If we make a mistake in any way on your order we will absolutely make it right for you and find a solution.
Because custom products are made specifically for you, custom hats are are not eligible for a return unless there is a mistake or error on our part.

Yes. All of our leather goods can be customized with logos, names, or custom artwork.
Yes. Bulk pricing may be available depending on the product and quantity. Contact us for a custom quote.
