We can engrave almost any logo or design as long as it is high resolution. We recommend a black/white vector file for the best results, but we can convert your color logo at no extra cost.

If you provide us with your logo or design we don't charge any artwork fees to set up for engraving.

Yes! We send out a digital mockup for you to approve before we start making your hats. You just need to approve or add notes for a revision before we start production.

Black. Since we laser engrave our leather the engraving will end up being a dark grey to black. If you have a colored logo, we can convert it to black/white for you.

No. You can order 1 hat if you'd like. We do offer bulk discounts for larger orders starting at 6+ hats.

Yes! Quantity discounts are listed on the product page and are automatically applied at checkout.

Yes! You can mix/match any combination of our hat designs in stock and still be eligible for the bulk discount based on your total quantity.

For orders of 50 hats or less our production time is 3-5 business days after your proof is approved.

For orders of 50+ hats please allow 1-2 weeks to complete your order after your proof is approved.

We use real veg-tanned Italian cowhide leather for all of our patches.

All of our patches are stitched to provide the highest quality hat. We make and stitch all of our custom hats in our shop in Portland, OR.
