Our Hat Order Process:

1. Place Order

Select your hat style, hat color, patch color & shape, and upload your design file. Add any additional notes about your design and then place your order!

2. Approve Design Proof

Once we receive your order we'll create a digital design proof with your logo and patch shape and send it to your e-mail within 2 business days from purchase. You can add notes for a revision or approve the design for production.

3. Hats Go Into Production

Once your proof is approved we'll start working on your hats. Orders under 50 hats will be ready to ship within 3-5 business days after proof is approved. Orders of 50+ can take up to 1-2 weeks to ship.

4. Hats Are Delivered!

Once we ship, you'll receive an e-mail with the tracking number and estimated delivery date. We have rush shipping options available if you are working on a tight deadline.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Can you engrave any logo?

Yes, we can engrave most logos as long as they are high enough resolution. We recommend a black & white and high contrast design. We may need to make some slight adjustments to your logo in order to get the best engraving.

Will I get a mockup for my design?

Yes! We send out a digital mockup for you to approve before we start making your hats. You just need to approve or add notes for a revision and we'll make it happen.

What color is the engraving?

Black. Since we laser engrave our leather the engraving will end up being a dark grey to black. If you have a colored logo, we an convert it to black/white for you!

Is there an order minimum?

Nope! You can order just 1 hat if you'd like. We do offer bulk discounts for larger orders starting at 6+ hats.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! Discounts will automatically be added based on your order size. If you are interested in ordering 200+ hats, you can reach out for a custom quote!

Can I order multiple hat colors and still get a bulk discount?

Yes! You can mix/match any combination of our hat designs in stock and still be eligible for the bulk discount based on your total quantity.

How long do the hats take to make?

For orders of 50 hats or less our production time is 3-5 business days after your proof is approved.

For orders of 50+ hats please allow 1-2 weeks to complete your order after your proof is approved.

What leather do you use?

We use real veg-tanned Italian cowhide leather for all of our patches.

Where do you make your hats?

We source our hats from Yupoong and then the patches are made and stitched in our shop in Portland, Oregon.
