NW Custom Made started in 2023 in a garage with a goal of making custom products that look better, last longer, and stand out from the rest. What began as a small family operation has grown into a dedicated team producing custom leather patch hats and leather goods for businesses, brands, events, and individuals across the country.

Thanks to the support of our customers, we've expanded into our own warehouse and showroom in Portland, Oregon, where we design, engrave, stitch, and make all of our products in-house.

Today, we're focused on combining quality craftsmanship, amazing customer service, and a straightforward process to make ordering custom hats simple.
